Dear Client, we make available the Virtual Complaints Book, in order to address your complaints and claims related to the services of Sun Gate Tours.
You can present your claim in 3 steps:
Step 1: Download the complaint sheet.
Step 2: Fill out the complaint sheet and send by e-mail to info@sungatetours.com
Step 3: Complaints and claims will be dealt with within seven (03) business days of submission.
