Gastronomic Tour and Lima Colonial Walking Tour
- Breakfast at Hotel; pick up from the hotel at 09:00am. This culinary adventure will begin with a visit to the local market. You will see, smell, taste, and experience the infinite variety of textures, colors, aromas, and flavors.
- Then, we will take you to our cooking studio where you will have a “hands-on”, learn more about Peruvian cuisine and prepare delicious local dishes. You will make an authentic Peruvian dish to tantalise your tastebuds and later enjoy your achievements.
- You have to choose 4 options; FISH; "Sudado de Pescado" steamed fish (Main Course) or Peruvian National dish called "Ceviche". CHICKEN; "Aji de Pollo" in English chili chicken (Main Course) or "Papas a la Huancaina". MEAT; "Lomo saltado" (Main Course) or "Causa Limeña".

- Around 14:00pm pick up and transfer to Lima historical center. We'll take you to a fascinating walking tour. We will show you Palaces and castles our city hides, we also going to take you to our great Saint Francisco Monastery and the impressive underground Catacombs!
- Also we visit "The Main Square", Archbishop's Palace and the Municipal Palace, other great places you will visit are: the Train Station Palace, unique old fashioned "Cordano Bar", colorful mansion palaces, Jiron del Union Pathway, Post Office Palace, Dominicans tower, Historical Rimac Bridge and lovely surrounded wooden Balconies and the next big project in the City the Under river subway.
- Our historical center is considered a World Heritage protected by the UNESCO; we will show you the Original Spain Mansion Palace and enjoy its great collection of 18th Century paintings, its impressive sculptures, wooden varandas, trendy gilded mirrors and great original terrace.
- After the tour we will take you back to your hotel. The tour ends at 18:00pm.

Flight to Cusco - Colorful Local Market & Cusco Walking Tour
- Breakfast at hotel; at 06:00am pick up from the hotel and transfer to the airport for your flight to Cusco, the ancient Inca capital of the Incas.
- On arrival in Cusco, assistance at the airport and transport to your hotel, where the rest of the morning is free time to rest in hotel in order to avoid altitude sickness.
- Pick up from the hotel at 14:00pm – walking tour will begin at Colorful San Pedro market, there's probably no better market to experience Cusqueñan life. Enjoy a first-hand look at how local residents live day-to-day outside the postcard perfection of Cusco’s main square. The guide will explain the history of this market as you wander through the narrow aisles laden with colorful fabrics, meals, fruit juice, breads, crafts, shaman stalls, etc.
- After we visit Cusco's main square, a busy and vibrant space that marks the colonial center of the city; which features wide stone pathways and well-kept colorful gardens.
- Then we walked towards the street of Hatun Rumiyoc. The walls of the palace have a Snake and Puma on it. Moreover, there you can observe the well-known 12 angle stone which is a symbol of perfection in Incan Architecture.
- After, we will head to the Temple of the Sun (Qorikancha) upon which the Convent of Santo Domingo has been built. Interesting fact: according to a legend, this temple was entirely gold plated which left many conquerors impressed with its magnificence when they came here!

Chinchero Colorful Andean Village, Moray & Maras Terraces of Salt Hike
- Breakfast at hotel; pick up from the hotel at 08:00am our private transport drives us to local Andean community of Taucca populated by 20 families and located at an elevation of 3,850 meters. The villagers will share with you their traditional Andean way of life through different activities you can engage in, like weaving demonstrations, plowing with Andean tools, etc. In addition, you will see them spin and dye wool thread using natural dyes as well as weave fabric following their ancient techniques.
- After having an unforgettable experience with these people we will move towards Chinchero archeological site, a quaint little town that houses an important late 1400´s Incan outpost as well as a charming, traditional church. The locals are well-known for their preservation of traditional Andean spinning and weaving techniques. For this reason, they set up a market in the town square to sell their handmade crafts to visitors.
- Then we will move towards Moray archeological site. This site houses enormous circular and Pre-Incan semi-circular agricultural terraces that were constructed with the intention of being used as a botanical laboratory to carry out experiments on plant domestication and foreign crop acclimatization. The area stretches so long and widely that at least 3000 plant varieties, including potatoes and corn, may have been grown there.
- Afterwards, we will carry on visiting the largest salt pans in the region “Las Salineras de Maras” that have been mined continuously, dating all the way back to the Incan Empire. This site has been exploited since the time of the Incas as a source of economic exchange.
- After the salt pans, you will pass through the village of Pichingoto, which was once the top salt producer during the Spanish colonial era followed by drive through the Sacred Valley to admire its corn fields and green prairies.
- After the tour we will make our way to the Ollantaytambo train station where we will catch the train to Aguas Calientes. Upon arrival, reception and transfer to your hotel.

Visit Machu Picchu & Back to Cusco
- Breakfast at the hotel; at 06:00am take bus to Machu Picchu citadel, you will ride a bus to Machu Picchu archeological site (2,430m/7,972ft) and tour every nook and cranny of this New 7 Wonder of the World and UNESCO World Cultural Heritage site: an unforgettable experience. Your guide will expertly direct you throughout the astounding ruins and its main streets.
- Around 07:30am the guided tour begins, your guide will expertly direct you throughout the astounding ruins and its main streets. You can then wander around the town squares as well as climb the intricately carved stairways made of stone. Machu Picchu is considered to be the world’s spiritual center by esoteric wisdom.
- From 10:30am to 12:00pm once the guided tour is over, you will have some free time to explore the site on your own, relax, or meditate.
- From 12:30pm to 13:30pm take bus to Aguas Calientes.
- From 13:30pm to 15:00pm take lunch at local restaurant in Aguas Calientes.
- Return to Cusco: later board the train for the return trip to Cusco. You will stop at the Poroy station and then be picked up and driven to your hotel in Cusco.

Flight to Puerto Maldonado – Excursion in the jungle
- Breakfast at the hotel; pick up from the hotel and transfer to Cusco airport for your flight to Puerto Maldonado.
- Start your journey arriving to Puerto Maldonado, where our staff will welcome you and provide the necessary information for your stay. Navigate by outboard motorized canoe along the Madre de Dios River to Hacienda Concepcion for approximately 25 minutes.
- Enjoy lunch with organic ingredients and native flavors. After lunch, take a walk through Concepcion trails, our inside property nature trails, where you will discover and learn about primary and secondary rainforest, its components, uses, transformations by the human being, and its relevance for the world. At dusk navigate by outboard motorized canoe, at the Twilight river excursion. By sailing on the Madre de Dios River, you will learn about its ecosystem, Amazonian creeks, nocturnal animals’ behavior, and the southern constellations.

Sandoval Oxbow Lake and Canopy Walkway
- After breakfast, get ready for a long trek through terra firma into the Tambopata National Reserve towards Lake Sandoval. Here you will understand why Madre de Dios is called the biodiversity capital of Peru, while learning about the Reserve’s conservation efforts and the lake’s formation. Navigate by dugout canoe across this mirror-like oxbow lake that is home to the endangered giant river otter, blue and yellow macaw, red howler monkey, black caiman, and one of the world’s biggest fresh water scaled fish, the paiche.
- Back to the lodge for lunch, and later the Canopy walkway and anaconda walk wait for you. Take a 20-minute ride by outboard motorized canoe to the Canopy Walkway Interpretation Center where you will learn about its construction and the conservation projects. Ascend one of the two 98-foot towers (30 m.) and cross the 7 hanging bridges that connect the treetops at 91 ft. high (28 m.). Enjoy the breathtaking vistas and get the chance to watch white-throated toucans, woodpeckers, trogons, squirrel monkeys and the three-toed sloth. After descending keep on feeling the incredible primary rainforest energy going along the 200-meter wooden bridge over the swamps. You will learn about the fauna and flora of this flooded ecosystem.
- At night get ready for an adventure at the rainforest by night excursion, where you will explore the Amazon rainforest that gives way to nocturnal animals who display intriguing behavior patterns, and enhanced senses as adaptation mechanisms. Listen to nocturnal living nature sounds, and penetrate this hidden world.

Native farm, Cocha excursion and visit Fitzcarrald boat
- After early breakfast, you will take our Native farm excursion where you will be able to learn local techniques of cultivation and taste some of the products during the visit. Then visit the Botanical garden, discover the immense variety of medicinal plants considered part of the “natural pharmacy” used by the habitants at the amazon region. Compare the medicinal uses of local medicine with traditional remedies.
- Getting back to lodge you will have lunch. Take a rest and get ready for the Cocha water excursion. Enjoy a dugout canoe ride on the Hacienda Concepcion natural pond (cocha). Try native fishing applying the “catch and release” techniques, as you enjoy the scenery observing hoatzins, a diversity of fly catchers, and gray-necked woodrails.
- Disembark at the remains of Fitzcarrald steam boat; learn about its history and how it inspired Inkaterra to ask Werner Herzog to film the award-winning “Fitzcarraldo”, best director at Cannes, 1982. You will be able to participate in the Inland collpa during the evening, where you will see different species and their night routines by observing through our “blinds”.

Departure from Lodge – Flight to Lima – Connect at International Flight
- After breakfast, take a ride back to Puerto Maldonado by outboard motorized canoe. Arrive at the Butterfly House where you may wait for your flight back home or to your next destination, while visiting this beautiful Butterfly house and learning about the fascinating transformation of these colorful insects.
- Depending on airline schedules, this may require dawn departures. Flight to Lima where you can connect at the same airport for International flight.
